Payment is required within 5 days after billing, otherwise we will issue a notice to ebay and live auctioneers of unsatisfactory transaction. We bill for purchases first! After payment is received, we pack the item, if possible. If we pack, we send a second nivoice for shipping & handling after the item(s) have been packaged. If you wish to have your item packed and shipped by an outside party, we will give you contact information to local shippers & packers. Payment is expected immediately after you've been notified with a second invoice that item is packed & ready for shipping (if we have packed the item). Please note that we are an auction house with regularly scheduled and on-going auctions. We will pack and ship as fast as we can to accomodate you. We accept visa, m/c or discover card adn paypal for all items. Personal checks and money orders also accepted although can be held up to 7 days at our discretion, or until check clears. No shipping unitl check clears. Oversizde or fragile-large items can cause a delay in shipping. Returns only accepted if there was an error in the listing description (buyer responsible for return shipping cost). No shipping cost will be refunded for any reason. Although we provide a condition report, such a report is subjective. We do our bets to describe condition. All items are sold as is. Returned items must come back in original condition along with roiginal box and packaging materials. Our auction company does not generally ship, btu we will do our best to accommodate you for the smaller items. Should you choose to have us ship your item directly, please be advised that (a) all such packaging, handling and shipping is at the sole risk of the purchaser and that ann & co. Shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) purchaser shall pay in advance, all packaging expenses, including labor fo app.$10 ofr package material, plus handling, postage, and insurance charges. Visa or mastercard numbers must accompany yoru remittance. Your purchsae must be paid before any attempt at packaging the item is made. After we have packaged, weighed and measured, we will bill yuo for cost of shipping or charge your credit card. Due to our auction schedule, your item may not be shipped for two-three weeks after the auction's close.
