Victorian Coatee Queens Rep Lord Lieutenant BoardsThis red coatee has a canadian connection as it was believed to have been worn by queen victoria's representative in what was then the indian territories. The tunic is very small 36in chest max. It is in xecellent condition with victorian buttons. The cuffs and collars appear to very much like a lord lieutenants tunic of the 19th century. The shoulder boards are magnificent with vr cyphers, only one loose strand of wire on one epaulet. The bicorn hat this tunic came with is offered in a concurrent auction. Low reserve.
